Returns
We exchange only within 14 days upon delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
We do not accept products that are intimate such as under garments and bathing suits.

If the item is not in its original condition, appears to be worn or washed, or smells like smoke/foul odor, your return will NOT be accepted. 


Sale & Clearance items (if applicable)
Unfortunately, sale & clearance items cannot be refunded.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving the item. Buyers are responsible for return/exchange shipping, unless the item is defective. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
